Everything loads, it just takes longer than what we are accustomed to. I go to Honduras often and internet is bad out there, even in American stores. Where are you studying aboard? Could just be the quality internet connection. I don't know the proper jargon, but longer videos require additional internet speed to buffer. Whereas YouTube videos are much shorter and require less internet connection to begin loading. UF Canvas videos tend to be over 15+ minutes, on average.
